Forced Perspective Journal

1. What is the image of? Describe it in detail.

The image is of two ladies standing in a shoe.they look like they are driving the shoes if it is a car or a plane of some sort.

2. How does this image use forced perspective? Explain.

The image uses forced perspective by the shoe looking as if it is bigger than the women and it looks as if the women are sitting in the shoe when in reality they are large than the shoe.

3. How do you think they created this forced perspective? Explain.

i think they created this forced perspective by placing the shoe infant of the women and made the women move back few feet and ha them squat or sit on the ground.

4. How would you have created it? Explain.

i would've tried to have the women looking up as if they were scared because someone was about to put the shoe on.

5. How do you think line of sight, depth of field and distance affected the image? Explain.

line of sight and depth of field affected the image by tricking the camera into thinking that both subjects are in the same depth of field when they are not their just in the same line of sight.

1. What is the image of? Describe it in detail.

This image is of a man acting as if there are people on the palm of his hand the they are being blow away when he is blowing like the wind.

2. How does this image use forced perspective? Explain.

this image uses forced perspective because it looks as if these people are on this guys hand when in reality the are approximately the same size, and they are pretending to fall because of him blowing them away.

3. How do you think they created this forced perspective? Explain.

i think they created this image by having the 7 or 8 other people stand a few meters back so they can be 'standing' on the guy infant of the cameras hand, they also had to adjust themselves correctly to look as if they are actually on his hand and then pretend to fall and keep that pose till the picture is taken.

4. How would you have created it? Explain.

i would've left almost everything the same except for the guy who's laying down, i would've have had him trying to hold on the guy's finger tip.

5. How do you think line of sight, depth of field and distance affected the image? Explain.

line of sight and depth of field affected the image by tricking the camera into thinking that both subjects are in the same depth of field when they are not their just in the same line of sight.

1. What is the image of? Describe it in detail.

the image is of two people one looks like a giant and their trying to shake hands

2. How does this image use forced perspective? Explain.

this image uses force perspective because the two men are approximately the same height but in the image they are completely different when one man looks 10 times the size he actually is.

3. How do you think they created this forced perspective? Explain.

i believe they created this forced perspective by making sure the two men were perfectly aligned which is really good and their hans have to be in sync so the image is perfect.

4. How would you have created it? Explain.

i would've made this a series of photos because after this image i would've had the guy on the right pick up the guy on the left and put him in the palm of his hand.

5. How do you think line of sight, depth of field and distance affected the image? Explain.

line of sight and depth of field affected the image by tricking the camera into thinking that both subjects are in the same depth of field when they are not their just in the same line of sight.

1. What is the image of? Describe it in detail.

this image is of two women who looks if they are sitting on air as they are under water.

2. How does this image use forced perspective? Explain.

this image uses force perspective because the women are tricking the camera into thinking they are sitting on the ground the it is actually when the water in he pool is filled.

3. How do you think they created this forced perspective? Explain.

believe the women pushed their bodies up against the wall of the pool and held themselves here by the had that is not shown in this image.

4. How would you have created it? Explain.

i would have eft the image the exactly the way it looks i wouldn't change the image because it looks really nice and very neat.

5. How do you think line of sight, depth of field and distance affected the image? Explain.

line of sight and depth of field affected the image by tricking the camera into thinking that both subjects are in the same depth of field when they are not their just in the same line of sight.

1. What is the image of? Describe it in detail.

this image is of a bike that has a wheel which so happens to be a ferris wheel.

2. How does this image use forced perspective? Explain.

this image uses forced perspective by aligning the bike directly with the ferris wheel.

3. How do you think they created this forced perspective? Explain.

they aligned the bike with the ferris wheel.

4. How would you have created it? Explain.

i would've tried to not have my hand in the image so much.

5. How do you think line of sight, depth of field and distance affected the image? Explain.

line of sight and depth of field affected the image by tricking the camera into thinking that both subjects are in the same depth of field when they are not their just in the same line of sight.

1. What is the image of? Describe it in detail.

the image is of men 'on top of' each others hands but they are actually not just tricking the camera into thinking they are.

2. How does this image use forced perspective? Explain.

this image uses forced perspective because the men are obviously far away from each other and they are 'on top of' each others hand.

3. How do you think they created this forced perspective? Explain.

each man had to be positioned a certain distance from each other and had to get their hand perfectly align with the man behind them.

4. How would you have created it? Explain.

i would've positioned the men a little differently so they looks if they are actually on each other hand.

5. How do you think line of sight, depth of field and distance affected the image? Explain.line of sight and depth of field affected the image by tricking the camera into thinking that both subjects are in the same depth of field when they are not their just in the same line of sight.

1. What is the image of? Describe it in detail.

the image is of a man grabbing a plane and acting as if he is apt to throw it.

2. How does this image use forced perspective? Explain.

this image uses forced perspective because an airplane is huge and is impossible to grab with one hand or any hand at all.

3. How do you think they created this forced perspective? Explain.

hey had to wait for the airplane to be perfectly aligned with the subjects had which could have taken hours possibly.

4. How would you have created it? Explain.

i would've tried make the plane a bit smaller than what it is in the image but thats about it i like the image overall.

5. How do you think line of sight, depth of field and distance affected the image? Explain.

line of sight and depth of field affected the image by tricking the camera into thinking that both subjects are in the same depth of field when they are not their just in the same line of sight.
